1. The Service
The Service is an installation of Nook — software for projects, CRM, chat, email, social media, files and invoicing — run by OutSprout Digital Studio (“we”, “us”). The Nook software itself is open source; these terms are between you and us as the operator.
2. Your account and its security
- Give accurate information and keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us straight away at jibran.s@out-sprout.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- Workspace owners and admins decide who joins, what roles they have, and which features are on.
- API tokens and AI connections act as you — keep them secret and revoke any you no longer use.
3. Acceptable use
Please don’t use the Service to:
- break the law or anyone else’s rights, including privacy, intellectual property and anti-spam rules;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or publish content you aren’t allowed to publish;
- upload malware, or try to get into accounts, data or systems you don’t have access to;
- overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or get around its limits and permissions;
- harass, threaten or deceive people.
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
4. Your content
You (or your organisation) own the content you put into the Service — tasks, messages, files, posts, invoices and everything else. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for having the rights to what you upload and publish.
5. Integrations
Connecting another service — your email account, Google, Zoho Books, Postiz, an AI provider or others — is your choice. You’re responsible for authorising it, for having the right to do so, and for following that service’s own terms. The Service only acts within the access you grant; you can disconnect at any time. We aren’t responsible for how those services work or for their availability.
6. Provided “as is”
We work to keep the Service available, secure and backed up, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Features may change, and there may be interruptions for maintenance or updates. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the three months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, a nominal amount). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account at jibran.s@out-sprout.com. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if required by law, or if we stop operating the Service — where reasonable, we’ll give notice and a chance to export your content first.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above and tell you when a change is significant. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
